I believe in ProSol’s committement to employee and business development. One of the best ways to retain employees is to cross train them on various other projects or contracts. Provide them with skills needed to perform on the level needed to keep the client happy.
To do that, I believe ProSol should look into providing Internships or Fellowships to all its current employees who are interested in prolonging their ProSol employment careers. I am very interested in continuing to work with ProSol on various other projects but lack certain manangment skills. Employees like myself are looking for training in HR, Finance, Project Managment, Contract Managment, Business development and etc. Internship or Fellowship across ProSol’s HQ locations can fill that need.
