By identifying issues early, ProSol can provide increased efficiency, employee confidence and satisfaction, and stronger risk and safety controls.
Work life balance: ProSol provides a reimbursement benefit for local commuting for those employees who use public transportation, such as Metrorail, Metrobus, VRE, or those who purchase monthly parking permits due to lack of free parking at a company project site. ProSol also offers paid time off, flex work hours, donation leave bank and an employee assistance program to help promote and assist with a healthy work life balance.
Community: Being part of something larger than oneself has always been a key part of our culture. ProSol has historically provided support to those causes and charities which our employees are passionate about. Our goal this year is to increase our charitable contributions by 50% and encourage increased employee participation.
