ProSol is a very diversified company. We support numerous projects and initiatives that most of the employees are unaware of.
I am proposing a new communication and education message to be drafted and sent to all employees on a quarterly basis.
This message could include the past, present and future programs we support.
We can include information such as the role we play, the product we are providing, and the impact it has on the government or the community.
This can help to provide a better picture of what the company is capable of and potentially increase our visibility to all customer categories.
Word of mouth is a very powerful tool in marketing and I feel it is being under utilized at the current time.
