My idea stems from a discussion held with a member of the payroll department. It seems as though there are three systems that must be managed in order for an employee to be paid. Has ProSol looked at consolidating IT systems?
My thought process is that if ProSol can consolidate systems (iCIMS, ADP, Deltek, etc.), not just for payroll, but in other areas, that although the single system may be more expensive, but it would be a cost savings to what the company is paying now for multiple systems to perform a single job function.
