Enroll all employees in Department of Labor Apprenticeship and Training Bureau Apprenticeship program. Having completed a program last year to obtain my Paramedic Master Craftsman , I looked into other available programs and found between NC and VA that they have programs for almost every position ProSol has. It would not be difficult to set up one for each job description. Low Cost: One-time $50 fee. Programs take individual from apprentice to journeyman and if applicable on to Master Craftsman of your trade, skill and/or job description. All work and education based, after program is established for each job description all employee has to do is their job and education pertaining to the job. Each job description has a time line established based on DOL time frame for when a program is considered done. Credit can be applied from previous experience so not all employees are starting from zero. Below is a cut a paste from DOL with brief description, obviously would require several meetings with DOL reps to get each Job description into program. Why do this? ProSol can add that all their employees are apprenticeship trained and credentialed with the Department of Labor. It is proof of on the job experience and education. This is also considered an International credential by many other countries.
