United States Secret Service (USSS) Office of Investigation Microsoft Systems Administrator Support Staff 

was awarded to ProSol in 2021. The USSS Office of Investigation provides continual training and support to personnel and task force officers.  ProSol provides on-site Microsoft System Administrator support to the National Computer Forensics Institute (NCFI) to assist with meeting its mission as well as continual training and support to personnel and task force officers. ProSol aides the USSS with its Identity and Access Administrator design, implementation, management, and administration of the USSS Information Environment.  Specifically in Hoover, Ala, ProSol provides administrative staff with Microsoft Exchange 2019, Microsoft Active Directory 2016, Hypervisor, Azure, and M365 Administration skill sets.  This also includes security administration, auditing, logging, and provisioning of Microsoft services as well as classroom client imaging.
