was re-awarded to ProSol in 2020 to provide Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) for the MCTMS. The services include, but are not limited to: System Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Performance Measurements, Risk Management, Software Application Upgrade Services, Help Desk, System and Database Administration, Engineering and System Analysis, Cyber Security, Information Assurance, System Maintenance, Testing and Evaluation, Configuration Management, Training and Logistics Support.
