2d Marine Division (2d MarDiv) Headquarters (HQ) Operations support contract

was re-awarded to ProSol in 2023 to help in the planning, coordinating, and supervising a variety of current and future activities for the Division HQ, and all subordinate Regiments and Battalions. ProSol employees help synchronize all current and future operations across HQ staff functions. The primary guidance for these activities comes from numerous 2d Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF) and 2d MarDiv Commanding General orders and policies, as well as applicable orders and policies from multiple Higher Headquarters levels throughout the Marine Corps and Department of Defense (DoD). The tasks and deliverables are instrumental to informing the appropriate decision-making bodies on multiple aspects of mission readiness. ProSol employees conduct technical research and analysis of force sustainment, training, and integration with other Service, Joint, Agency, and Coalition forces. This analysis also includes the development of recommendations in order to enhance the survivability of the conventional force/2d MarDiv. We work with various entities/stakeholders in addition to 2d MarDiv including II Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF), 2d Marine Logistics Group (2d MLG), 2d Marine Aircraft Wing (2d MAW), 2d Marine Expeditionary Brigade (2d MEB), and 2d MarDiv Major Subordinate Elements (MSE).  The tasks we preform support the enhanced survivability of the warfighter.
