ProSol Receives 2010 DHS Small Business Achievement Award

ProSol and Chief Executive Officer Michael J. Dean are proud to announce that the company was awarded the prestigious 2010 DHS Small Business Achievement Award for its outstanding work in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission.

During the awards ceremony, which took place April 14, 2010, at the GSA Auditorium in Washington, DC, Kevin Boshears, director of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, noted that ProSol received the award for its contribution in supporting the Transportation Security Administration's Secure Flight program, which ensures nationwide safety of America's skies.

CEO Michael J. Dean stated, "We are humbled by our selection by the Department of Homeland Security to receive the 2010 DHS Small Business Achievement Award for ProSol’s work in support of the Department of Homeland Security. We are honored to be part of Transportation Security Administration’s team and its mission to protect the nation’s transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce."

The Secure Flight program serves to prevent individuals on the No Fly List from boarding aircraft, as well as to subject individuals on the Selectee List to enhanced screening to determine if they are permitted to board an aircraft. ProSol's Secure Flight staff are stationed at two sites in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
