Training & Analysis
Overview | Client Success Stories
ProSol provides training ranging from operationally relevant linguistic, cultural, and information technology (IT) training to instructing military elements on the tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with mitigating the effects of improved explosive devices. Our training audience broadly spans operational and reserve forces and is often executed via mobile training teams performing at remote locations, as well as at major military installations around the globe.
ProSol conducts training engagements in large and small audience environments on a variety of subjects, including understanding of cultural imperatives; linguistic skills; conduct of tactical operations; use and capabilities of specialized equipment; and IT. Our instructors train individuals of all ranks and seniority, from Private/GS through General Officer/SES. Training exercises range from broad overviews to in-depth exploration of specific subjects.
ProSol’s instructors are more than podium lecturers; each develops curriculum according to the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) process, and goes beyond a standard program of instruction to deliver information tailored to the needs of the targeted audience. ProSol ensures that industry-best practices are identified early and that all of our instructors are knowledgeable of the most up-to-date information and the most advanced instructional methodologies available, including approaches to curriculum development; content delivery; instructional materials; and media development.
Cultural and Linguistic Training
Because preventing wars is as strategically significant as winning our nation’s wars, ProSol provides solutions to cultural and linguistic needs ranging from tactical or social, through strategic and formal. Our instructors develop and deliver training about the culture, religion, language, and peoples for federal employees serving overseas, with a focus on persistent and emerging threats and opportunities.
Tactical and Strategic Training
From conducting policy assessments and mission operations analysis to conducting close-quarter combat drills and all corresponding levels of interaction, ProSol enables our clients’ visions. ProSol’s focus on ‘personnel’ during training vs. a ‘technological’ solutions approach consistently meets the highest standards of our clients.
IT Training
ProSol’s team of instructors, curriculum developers, and training coordinators shape, deliver, and report all coursework for courses ranging from Microsoft and Cisco certifications to tactical equipment.
Web-based Training
ProSol tests, implements, evaluates, and develops curriculum for Web-based courses using the Instructional Systems Design methodology based on the Analysis, Design, Develop, Test and Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) model. The design and development is SCORM conformant, as well as Section 508 and Handbook 6102 compliant.
Analysis
ProSol delivers policy assessments and policy development support to operations and planning components of the DoD and to the Marine Corps.
